ARCCES is a fast-paced environment providing support to those experiencing crisis and trauma. Services are delivered with a trauma informed, person-centered approach to support the self-defined goals of shelter residents.

Qualifications:

• Experience using Microsoft Office & Google Suite

• Ability to pass a background study

• Solution oriented and forward thinking

• Critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience:

• Have or working towards a social service/criminal justice degree

• Experience working with a diverse population

• Knowledge of domestic violence dynamics and barriers

• Knowledge of local resources
